Automotive glass gauges and fixtures: Applied Composites Engineering is a leader in electro-mechanical gauges used in the manufacturing of automotive glass. Using our patented systems, we can measure up to an accuracy of +/- 50 microns. With over 20 years of composites experience and focus on cost reduction, we can now provide our Lightweight Cored Resin (LCR) gauges. This unique and patented structure provides you the benefit of fast delivery and low cost. Even big RV or truck type windshield gauges can be manufactured without the detriment of flexing or short life span. LCR gauges have no compromise in quality and deliveries can be delivered in less than two weeks.

Dynamic Measurement Systems (DMS): Combining twenty years experience in composites and over a decade electro-mechanical and data acquisition, our team of mechanical and electrical engineers have moved into the next generation of interactive measurement, working with the automation of your assembly lines. (DMS) is an active measurement system that provides 100% quality check as products roll down the line. Products that "measure up" are passed to the next work station while products that fail dimensional inspection are removed from the line for further inspection.
